We stand behind our products, and want you to be happy with your purchase and experience. If you receive something and you are not satisfied you can return the item in original conditional within 7 days for an exchange or store credit.

When sending a return please send with an insured carrier. penelope grace llc is not responsible for returns damaged or lost in transit.
